The character loses his or her sight completely, because of a flash of light or because engulfed in darkness.whatever the reason, this means Big Troubles!
Note that a character can be Blinded or Dazzled, but not both

-2 ATK, -1 DEF
Saving Throw on RES to recover to Dazzled state
